• Total quote: $0. A deposit of $0 is required to secure your date. Non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
• Remaining balance is due on the day, before service begins.
• If paying by cash or bank transfer, payment must be completed before service starts. Any approved extras are charged at the end of service.
• If an invoice is requested, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee of $50 plus 2% of the outstanding balance per week (or part thereof), compounding weekly. Late fees apply only where permitted under applicable law and will not exceed a reasonable recovery of costs.
• Cancellation and deposit refund requests can be made at any time. No deposit refund is available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
• Flavours are subject to ingredient availability — we'll contact you if needed.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
